I am a qualified and experienced homeopath, fully registered with one of the main professional bodies (ARH).
I am also a supervisor for qualified and student homeopaths and an experienced public speaker.
I started my homeopathic practice in 2004 because I am passionate about homeopathy and the rights of individuals to choose and access their own choice of healthcare.
I initially turned to homeopathy over 20 years ago. The homeopathic treatment I received completely changed my view of health and disease. I started to understand the link between mental and emotional well-being and physical health. I resolved to take responsibility for my own health and homeopathy has empowered me to heal many aspects of my life: mind, body and spirit.
Being a working parent gives me a keen appreciation of the stresses and strains of family life and many of my patients choose me to support their families because they know I understand their issues. My other career in Human Resource Management also gives me first-hand experience of the challenges of the corporate world.
I was fortunate to be taught by some of the best teachers in the world at the Centre for Homeopathic Education in Regents Park. My learning however, never ends and I regularly update my skills and knowledge, as well as engaging in supervision and continuing professional development, which is essential for all homeopathic practitioners.
My own healing journey is also on going. Since reclaiming my physical health, I now see my own homeopath to facilitate self-development and my inner growth process. Homeopathy has transformed my life and through my work I would like to contribute to an ever increasing awareness of its potential benefits.
Qualifications
BSc (Hons) Homeopathy – I have a first class honours degree in Homeopathy awarded by Middlesex University.
LCHE – this shows that I hold a Licentiate from the Centre for Homeopathic Education achieved after four years study.
MARH – this shows that I am a fully registered member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths, which is one of the main registering bodies for homeopaths in the UK. This means that I have satisfied their training requirements, hold appropriate professional insurance and agree to be bound by their Code of Ethics. Registration for homeopaths in the UK is currently voluntary but I have chosen to register with one of the professional bodies as a demonstration of my commitment to professional standards of practice.
